The Role

As a vital member of our Sales team, you will play a crucial role in advancing Glia's growth strategy. Your primary focus will be on driving new revenue from a select group of target accounts while also nurturing leads generated by our SDR team. Your experience will be instrumental in shaping our sales strategy and collaborating with Sales leadership who have successfully built a $1B valuation company.

What You'll Do 

  • Drive new logo and expansion opportunities within community financial institutions and credit union markets.
  • Develop deep expertise in digital transformation and customer experience, establishing yourself as a leader in these domains.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and compelling ROI analyses to guide clients toward innovative solutions that drive business value.
  • Showcase the transformative impact of Glia's platform through compelling value propositions and demonstrations.
  • Leverage your negotiation skills to secure multi-stakeholder contracts and navigate intricate buying processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to refine our sales strategy and tactics for this critical market segment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, consistently exceeding targets throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Demonstrated expertise selling to community financial institutions, credit unions, or related industries, with a deep understanding of their unique challenges and ability to position Glia's solutions as a compelling value proposition.
  • Experience selling to multiple stakeholders within a buying committee and navigating complex sales processes involving cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, business development, and other teams to create engaging cadences, meetings, webinars, and provide valuable feedback on marketing tactics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills across various channels, including phone, email, and virtual meetings, with the ability to articulate value propositions, handle objections, and build rapport with decision-makers.
  • Mastery of advanced sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC, Command of the Message) and a strong working knowledge of the sales tech stack (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, etc.).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of activity.
  • Aspiration for career growth into leadership roles, with mentorship and team lead experience being a plus.
  • Experience selling cloud contact center solutions or related customer experience technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree
