We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team as a Go-to-Market Systems and Operations Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of various GTM (Go-to-Market) systems, ensuring seamless functionality and integration. Additionally, you will actively contribute to operational projects that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our GTM teams.

This person should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their 

What you’ll do:

  • GTM Systems Administration:
    • Manage and administer GTM systems, including but not limited to Clari, QuotaPath, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clozd, and DocuSign.
    • Ensure data accuracy, system integrations, and user access for optimal performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system-related issues and implement enhancements.
  • Operational Projects:
    • Support operational projects within the RevOps team, such as compensation planning, rollout of new operational changes, territory management, market analysis, and data quality initiatives.
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of processes that improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Data Quality Management:
    • Monitor and maintain data quality within GTM systems to ensure accurate reporting and analytics.
    • Implement data governance best practices and work closely with stakeholders to address data integrity issues.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to gather requirements and align system functionalities with business objectives.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to facilitate effective communication.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administering and managing GTM systems, particularly Clari, QuotaPath, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clozd, and DocuSign.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Experience with operational projects within a Revenue Operations environment, including compensation planning, territory management, and data quality initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Advanced Proficiency in English Language Required.
